1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the phlbes website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for a phlbes account or using the Platform in any manner, you enter into a binding legal agreement with phlbes and its operating entities (collectively, "phlbes," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a phlbes account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction.

phlbes reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To create a phlbes account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify phlbes immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phlbes is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions and Persons

Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal are prohibited from using phlbes. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access or use is prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of phlbes and its business partners are prohibited from registering accounts or participating in gaming activities on the Platform unless explicitly authorized in writing.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your phlbes account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers, and other methods as specified on the Platform. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers. phlbes reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate processing errors or other technical errors attributable to phlbes. All deposit methods are subject to processing times and fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

You agree that all funds deposited to phlbes are your own, derived from lawful sources, and are not proceeds of criminal activity. phlbes reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the withdrawal method selected.

Withdrawals via GCash are typically processed instantly during business hours. Withdrawals to Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others) are typically processed within one (1) business day.

phlbes reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform. phlbes reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments or to refuse withdrawals that exceed internal risk management thresholds pending additional verification.

3.3 Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Fees

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. phlbes reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00) or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on phlbes are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed by the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all bet details (stake amount, selection, odds) are correct before confirming any wager.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type, sport, and market. phlbes reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed internal risk limits or appear to involve irregular betting patterns.

In the event of obvious technical errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game results, or system malfunctions, phlbes reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Decisions regarding error correction are final and binding.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets and odds are provided by licensed third-party data providers. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport and market rules.

Live betting (in-play betting) odds and markets are subject to rapid change based on real-time events. phlbes is not liable for delays in odds updates or bet acceptance during live events.

4.3 Casino Games

All casino games on phlbes are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are independently tested for fairness by certified testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Random number generators (RNGs) used in games are certified and audited regularly.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are displayed within each game or available upon request. RTP represents theoretical return over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee results for individual sessions.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

You can set limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need to take a break from gaming, you may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

7.2 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily may be subject to a cooling-off period of seven (7) days before reopening.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phlbes Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and user interfaces, is the property of phlbes or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission from phlbes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phlbes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

phlbes is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, payment provider errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. phlbes does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

In the event phlbes is found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your phlbes account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of phlbes services, you must submit your complaint in writing to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within fourteen (14) business days.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of phlbes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

phlbes and you agree to submit any unresolved disputes to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phlbes and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Failure by phlbes to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from phlbes. phlbes may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
